Every inch of your roof, on your screen
From the landing you see a brown stain on the ceiling. From the drone you see why: a cracked ridge tile, a slipped slate above the bay, lead flashing pulled away from the chimney stack, or a gutter packed with moss holding water against the fascia. We fly the whole roof, front and back, including the valleys and rear slopes you can't see from the street.
Then we go through the photos with you. You see the fault for yourself, we explain the fix in plain English, and nobody has walked across your tiles or cracked one getting up there. If the roof turns out to be sound, we tell you that too, with the pictures to back it up.

Free drone survey questions
Is the drone roof survey really free?
Yes. The drone survey is free with every quote, and there's no call-out charge and no deposit. You pay nothing unless you decide to go ahead with the work, and nothing is taken up front even then. There's no catch in the small print and no sales pitch when the drone comes down.
Can a drone survey find a roof leak?
Yes. The drone photographs the places leaks start: cracked or slipped tiles, split lead flashing, crumbling mortar on ridges and chimneys, blocked valleys and splits in flat roof coverings. Matching the photos to where the water shows inside tells us where it's getting in. When a leak is hidden under the tiles, we follow up with a hands-on check.
Will anyone need to climb onto my roof?
Only if the photos show something that needs a closer look, such as a soft spot in a flat roof or a leak tracking under the tiles. For most surveys the drone does all the work from the ground. That keeps fragile slate and old clay tiles in one piece and means nobody needs to put up scaffold just to find out what's wrong.
What happens if the survey finds nothing wrong?
We tell you the roof is sound and show you the photos to prove it. No invented work, and no list of extras we spotted while we were up there. Plenty of people book a survey after a big storm, or before buying a house, just to know where they stand, and a clean bill of health is a good result.
