Jamie and the team
Sure Seal is family owned and family run. Jamie heads the business, and his is the name you hear on the phone and see up on the scaffold. Customers mention him by name in their reviews for a reason: he turns up, looks properly and tells you what he finds.
The business brings over 30 years' experience of slate, clay tile, concrete tile and flat roofs to every job. Brendan, Thomas and William are names our customers mention too, and they work the way Jamie does: explain the problem, show you the photos, fix what's broken.
The rule on every job is simple. Quote for the fault, not the biggest job we can talk you into. It's why our reviews keep coming back to fair prices, honest advice and nobody being pressured into a decision.
“We fix what is actually wrong, and we tell you straight.”
Four promises on every job
The same terms apply to a single ridge tile as to a full re-roof.
Every job fully guaranteed
From one replaced slate to a new GRP flat roof, the work is guaranteed. Small repairs get the same cover as big jobs, because a drip through the ceiling matters just as much to you.
No deposit, ever
You don't hand over a penny before we've lifted a tile. No deposit, no call-out charge, and a free written quote in your hands before any work starts.
All waste taken away
Old tiles, rotten battens, torn felt and gutter sludge leave with us. You get your drive, paths and garden back as you left them, or tidier.
Fully insured on every roof
Working at height carries risk, and that risk should never land on you. Sure Seal are fully insured on every job, and you can ask to see the cover before we start.
