How do I book a roof quote with Sure Seal?
Call us Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, or leave your details on this page and Jamie calls you back. We'll ask what you've spotted, arrange a visit at a time that suits you and bring the drone for a free survey. Your written quote follows, with no obligation to go ahead.
Do you charge for emergency call-outs?
No. Sure Seal don't charge a call-out fee, and that includes our 24/7 emergency call-outs. If a storm has stripped tiles or water is coming through the ceiling, ring straight away. We make the roof safe and watertight first, then give you a proper quote for the permanent repair once we can see the full picture.
Do you ask for a deposit before starting work?
No. We don't take a deposit on any job, from a gutter repair to a full re-roof, and the quote is free. A roofer demanding money before a single tile has moved is a red flag, and you'll never get that request from us. Every job is fully guaranteed as well.
